IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Daymir “Roo”
Hill
February 17, 2006 – March 13, 2025
Daymir Elijah "Roo" Hill Was born February 17, 2006 to Deanna Davis and Henry Dishmon. Tragically, Daymir's life was taken by gun violence on March 13, 2025, an injustice no one should endure.
Daymir Elijah "Roo" Hill, is a beloved son, grandson, brother, nephew, and friend. While he, like all of us, was not without flaw and made his share of mistakes, nothing he ever did warranted such a cruel and untimely departure. He deserved better, and his loss has left a hole in the hearts of those who knew him.
Daymir had a gift with words, a natural talent that shone through in his passion for rapping. His music was more than just a beat; it was an extension of his soul, his experiences, and his dreams. He had a kind heart, always finding joy in helping others, and his radiant smile and infectious spirit touched the lives of many. Daymir's memory will be cherished, and his absence will be felt deeply, but his legacy will live on through the lives he touched and the music he created.
Daymir leaves to mourn his passing his Mother, Deanna Davis, Father, Henry Dishmon, Grandmothers, Darlene Davis and Jessie Dishmon, Siblings, Deavion & Davon Davis, Sirriah Harris, Kahpone Simmons, Cameron, Tashionna, Tre'myq, Samyra Dishmon, Jerome Williams, Ania, Janae, and Kylan, Aunt, Anaya Davis, Uncles, Yusef Davis, Shakur Davis, Darryl Davis, Significant Other, Markalya Stanley, Bestfriend's, Deontae and Asia, and a host of relatives, friends and loved one's.
Daymir is preceded in death by his Aunt Diane Davis and Uncle Dwight Davis.
Daymir's time with us was far too short, his memory and the impact he made will last forever.
Rest in peace, "Roo"
You are loved, and you will never be forgotten.
