Trevon "Chubbs" Durham was born on October 20, 1998, in Columbus, OH to John Durham

and the late J'Wan Porter.

Trevon was only 27 years old, but he lived with purpose and maturity far beyond his years.

He was the type of person who knew what he wanted out of life but regardless of the

setbacks he kept pushing, kept planning and kept working towards a better future for his

children.

In his younger years he loved to travel, hunt, fish, play sports and spend time with his

family. Trevon loved to hunt all different types of animals, Squirrel, racoon, rabbit, deer- you

name it. He picked up on the habit from his late grandfather and always loved the hobby as

he got older. Fishing was his favorite thing to do, other than looking good and traveling.

He loved to laugh, and he had that quiet humor that could change the whole mood of the

room. But out of all things, Trevon loved his family. He was very family oriented in such the

purest way as a man. He was always giving, showing up, always present. And he was an

AMAZING father. The kind of father whose love was obvious in every word, look and the

moments he spent with his children.

What made Trevon special was the impact he had on people. He was well-spoken,

respectful, focused, funny and real. Once you crossed paths with Trevon, you didn't forget

him. He left people better than he found them.

Trevon went to be with our lord and savior on November 17th, 2025. He is proceeded in death by

his mother, Jwan Porter; grandmother, Bernita Durham; grandfather, John S. Durham;

brother, Tauron Durham.

Left to cherish his memory is his father, John A. Durham; grandparents, Angela and Gregory

Porter; sister, Tylaesha Durham; brother, Kewai, Mikquan, Mikquail; daughters, Khali and

Jh'ream; son. Trevon Jr; nieces, Na'Riyah, Ara'Bella,Kehlani,Kehari; nephew, Antonio and a

host of family and friends.
