William James Wade Jr, 75, of Columbus, OH, died on September 23, 2025.

James was born in Washington, PA in 1950 to William James Fletcher Wade Sr and Dorothy Maxine Peterson Wade. James attended elementary and high school in Washington, PA before enlisting in the U.S. Marines, where he served two terms of duty in Vietnam.

Work History as a Chef at George Washington Hotel in Washington Pa., Computer Repair Person, Washington Housing Authority and sang with the Award-Winning Saints of Harmony of Washington, PA.

James was preceded in death by his parents, William James and Dorothy Maxine Wade, his sister Cesarean M. Wade and brother Gregory LeRoy Wade as well as his niece Georga Re (Wade) Washington, cousins, Sheldon Thomas and Edward Oakley.

He is survived by his wife, Margaret Cleo Stewart Wade, his brothers Joseph D. Wade (Denise) and Kenneth D. Wade, his sister Tammie J. Wade, his children Sean Paul (Ayisha), Demetria Kelly, Stephen Wade (Nakia), Stacy Washington, Tracey Williams, and Monda Williams, along with a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends.

A private graveside Service of Remembrance will be held on Friday, September 26.
